Moreover, he prayed to Allah to protect souls, property, and honors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This came at a symposium entitled \u201cDangers of Declaring Muslims as Infidels\u201d in the context of the training course entitled \u201cCorrecting the Misconceptions for International Students\u201d at the World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is worth mentioning that Prof. Mokhtar asserted that the extremist groups do not want to apply the rule of Shariah, pointing out that the Prophet (PBUH) warned against the sedition of Takfir because of its severe impact on the division of the nation and disruption of its power, in addition to killing people and destroying countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, the Secretary of Fatwa explained that Shariah did not leave Takfir to one of the individuals in the Ummah, but it referred it to the ruler or those who represent him such as &#8220;Judges or Muftis&#8221; in the current era. Because they take into account witnesses and evidence.
