It is worth mentioning that a large number of the University&#8217;s students and professors attended this lecture which is part of the efforts exerted by the Organization to confront extremist thoughts, correct misconceptions and spread moderate approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prof. Saleem Mubeen Al-Azhari, President of the Organization&#8217;s Branch in India, pointed to the fact that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is a role model for all Muslims. He stressed that the life of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is an evidence of good and humane treatment of women and that he preserved their status as a mom, a wife and a daughter. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) also urged Muslims to honor women and treat them well. It also offers scholarships in one of the Islamic sciences faculties at al-Azhar University such as Usul ad-Deen, Islamic Shariah, Arabic Language, Arabic and Islamic Studies, and Islamic Dawah. It also organizes seminars and conferences and provides students the opportunity to participate in cultural, social, and entertainment activities. The association is also studying a number of proposals to upgrade and support al-Azhar alumni in foreign countries. This is achieved through holding an annual celebration for distributing excellence awards for best graduates such as the best Master\\u2019s and Ph.D. and theses awards in the field of Islamic Sciences. This is done after an academic committee chooses among the best theses that obtained the degree of excellent with honors.
