Mr. Ahmad Yalkoy, member of the Organization&#8217;s branch in Mali, pointed that concept of citizenship refers to members of a particular society who enjoy rights and perform duties without discrimination based on religion, color, financial standard, political affiliation or ideological stance. Citizenship entails a series of rights and duties that revolve around: equality, freedom, participation and social responsibility. He clarified that duties include: obedience, defending one&#8217;s country, respecting systems and preserving properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, he highlighted the significance of the role played by families in the upbringing of children based on love, tolerance and deepening family affiliation that reflects on national affiliation.
