It was held in the capital N&#8217;Djamena. During the lecture, Mr. Ibrahim al-Nour Mohammad, a member of the organization&#8217;s branch in Chad, pointed out that Allah imposed Jihad on Muslims to promote the truth and propagate Islam; Jihad is worship with specific conditions.
