Thus, Islam prohibited murder, theft and violence, and for that, the Islamic Shari\u2019ah stipulated hard penalties against the perpetrators of these crimes, in order to preserve the human societies. Indeed, confronting the plague of terrorism has become a humanitarian duty before being a religious or security one, where the harms of terrorism have affected all humanity, since it does not differentiate between religions, countries or genders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aspect which all people are equal, as for confronting terrorism, is the aspect concerning covering up and protecting terrorists, where they find safe havens in some countries, institutions or people, which enable them to go on with their crimes against humanity. This is achieved through holding an annual celebration for distributing excellence awards for best graduates such as the best Master\\u2019s and Ph.D. and theses awards in the field of Islamic Sciences. This is done after an academic committee chooses among the best theses that obtained the degree of excellent with honors.
