He stressed that a homeland has the right to gain its people\u2019s affiliation and loyalty, explaining that citizenship rights include attaining justice and welfare. He pointed out as well that, through the good practice of citizenship, a citizen will put the public interest before the private one, bear responsibility towards homeland wherever and whenever he goes, and mingle within his society nevertheless its different approaches, languages or races.
