A Reading in the Book: The Good Saying&#8221; by His Eminence, the Grand Imam, Prof. Ahmad at-Tayyeb. The campaign included a lecture entitled &#8220;The Danger of Takfir&#8221;, delivered in Arabic at the Sheikh Ibrahim Inyas Mosque in the capital, N&#8217;Djamena. The event was attended by approximately 50 participants, with Mukhtar Muhammad al-Nur, a member of the Organization&#8217;s Chad branch, serving as the lecturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He emphasized that Islam&#8217;s stance on Takfir, both in ancient and modern times, is unequivocal, with clear warnings against it in the Quran and Sunnah. He pointed out that the phenomenon of Takfir is a manifestation of extremism in religion and involves unjustly judging others. It also organizes seminars and conferences and provides students the opportunity to participate in cultural, social, and entertainment activities. The association is also studying a number of proposals to upgrade and support al-Azhar alumni in foreign countries. This is achieved through holding an annual celebration for distributing excellence awards for best graduates such as the best Master\\u2019s and Ph.D. and theses awards in the field of Islamic Sciences. This is done after an academic committee chooses among the best theses that obtained the degree of excellent with honors.
