An Awareness Seminar by \u201cAl-Azhar Graduates\u201d in Bangladesh"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates branch in Bangladesh convened an awareness seminar under the title of \u201cThe Phenomena of Social Deviance in the Islamic Society and How to Treat it\u2026 An Islamic Perspective\u201d at Mizan al-Salam Academic Center. The seminar was lectured by a number of the branch\u2019s members, explaining that the foundation of human nature is righteousness not deviation, goodness not corruption. Indeed, a human being, naturally, tends to righteousness in his\/her behavior, since deviation contradicts both nature and common sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the lecturers stressed that reforming society is not solely the scholars\u2019 responsibility, but rather the responsibility of all members of society: religious scholars, educators, professors, employees and academics.
