The session, led by branch member al-Hassan Sanogo, emphasized that Islam is a religion of ease, tolerance, and dignity, dedicated to the defense of sanctities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, he noted that extremists continue to distort Islam through actions that contradict its true teachings. He emphasized that addressing this phenomenon requires a moderate approach\u2014specifically, al-Azhar ash-Sharif methodology\u2014which serves as a vital pillar for correcting misconceptions and guiding individuals toward a balanced path in both belief and conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also explained that the primary drivers of extremism include intellectual deviation, frustration, a sense of inferiority, and a lack of textual understanding.
