Al-Azhar Islamic Research Academy, in cooperation with al-Azhar Islamic Mission Cities Sector, is resuming its specialized academic program, “Ma’een Al-Turath” (Heritage Spring), for international students. The program is held under the gracious patronage of His Eminence, Prof. Ahmad at-Tayyeb, the Grand Imam of al-Azhar ash-Sharif, under the supervision of His Eminence Prof. Mohammad ad-Duwini, Deputy of al-Azhar, and the chairmanship of His Eminence Prof. Mohammad al-Gendi, Secretary-General of the Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This program, organized by the Supreme Da’wah Committee of the Academy, embodies al-Azhar’s renewal vision, which is based on gathering authenticity and contemporaneity, and reviving the Islamic heritage through a modern methodology. This will strengthen the tools of critical understanding and practical application skills, thereby achieving a balance between academic rigor and educational accessibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The program aims to equip students with a sound scientific methodology for reading and comprehending classical heritage texts, enhancing their capacity for critical analysis and distinguishing between constants and variables.
