The branch of the World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates in Benin held a religious lecture in Kandi city to interpret some verses that were used by extremist groups to recruit youth and promote their ideas. It is worth mentioning that Edris Abdullah, a member of the Organization, stressed that Islam commanded us to be moderate. And it is our duty as scholars to raise awareness about the dangers of terrorists in a tolerant way demonstrating the true moderate religion so that it may be the best response to terrorists and those who speak in the name of religion.
