Dr. Hamdallah al-Safty, Head of Academic and Cultural Affairs Department at WOAG, gave a lecture under the title of “Bases and Pillars of Terrorism“. This lecture was part of the training course organized by WOAG under the title of “Al-Azhar Approach in Challenging the Misconceptions – Doctrinal Suspicions“. The lecture was attended by 100 of al-Azhar international students from Indonesia, Ghana, Nigeria, Philippines and Burkina Faso. The lecturer stressed that terrorism defies the legitimacy, uses force against the legitimate authorities on regular basis, tries to spread the misconceptions that topple social stability and acts against the legitimate channels.
