Al-Azhar Graduates in Ghana: Islam Established the Principle of Coexistence among all Sects and Ideologies

The branch of al-Azhar Graduates in Ghana organized a campaign for its members entitled ‘Peaceful Coexistence’. It is worth mentioning that the members traveled to a city on the borders of Burkina Faso and highlighted the intolerant groups, their danger to society, and how to confront them.  Furthermore, the campaign aimed to warn youth against joining these intolerant groups, clarify that Islam established the principle of coexistence among different sects in the context of justice, cooperation, and strengthening the peaceful relations among people because peaceful coexistence among the individuals of the society is a necessity for society’s stability. Moreover, the members stressed that Islamic Shariah calls for denouncing violence and fighting to spread tolerance among all sects and different religions.
