Al-Azhar Graduates in Bangladesh: Peaceful Coexistence Preserves the Security and Stability of Communities

WOAG branch in Bangladesh ran a religious seminar under the title of “Peaceful Coexistence with Other Faiths”, at the branch’s headquarters in Chittagong, in the presence of Sheikh Sufi Mizan al-Rahman, head of the branch and a number of its members.

Sheikh Mohammad Seif al-Islam al-Azhari, Vice-Secretary General, stated that Islam underscores the unity of all mankind and the vitality of human fraternity. He added that Islam never differentiates between people on the basis of their faith, thinking or color, stressing that peaceful coexistence preserves the security and stability of communities and enhances understanding and cooperation to defy hatred and racism.
