The world Organization for al-Azhar Graduates, Chad branch, organized a lecture under the title of “The Prophetic Sirah”, in N’Djamena city with the attendance of 20 participants.
Sheikh Gazouli al-Qouni, member of the branch, highlighted that the Prophetic Sirah is the perfect practical application of the Quranic texts and rules of Shari’a to all life aspects. Indeed, the Prophetic Sirah is the pedagogic helper to build the Muslim character that takes the Prophet (PBUH) as an example, the wisest mentor and the greatest educator.
Further, the lecturer underlined that the aims of studying the Prophetic Sirah is to know more about the Prophet (PBUH) and to strengthen the belief in his message. He underscored as well the importance of the Prophetic Sirah in the process of the human life in general and the Muslim life in particular, as it helps in understanding the Holy Quran, the Prophetic Sunnah and the Islamic doctrine.
