The World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates branch in Qardho, Galmudug State, Somalia, held a workshop in cooperation with al-Misbah Institute entitled “How to Raise Young People on the Moderation of Islam”.
Bashir Said Ali, a branch member, pointed out the importance of practically applying the principles of moderation in real life by students, calling on them to become more familiar with the moderate Azhari approach through the activities offered by the Organization.
On the sidelines of the workshop, a play was presented aimed at raising awareness among youth, highlighting the negative role of deviant ideas as well as emphasizing the values of tolerance to protect young people from falling into the clutches of extremist terrorist groups and practically correcting misconceptions.
