His Eminence Prof. Ahmad at-Tayyeb, the Grand Imam of al-Azhar Al-Sharif, mourns with deep sorrow and grief the victims of the horrific collision that occurred on Monday morning near Madinah, which claimed the lives of 40 Indian pilgrims.
The Grand Imam extends his sincere condolences to the families of the victims who passed away as a result of this tragic accident, praying to Allah Almighty to bestow upon them His vast mercy and forgiveness, to grant their families and loved ones patience and solace, and to bless the injured with a speedy recovery. “Surely we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return”.
