
The World Organization for Al-Azhar Graduates Branch in Nigeria launched an Islamic awareness program in one of the Islamic schools for females. The program was broadcasted through Yobe State Radio Station that targets Abbari refugee camps. It is worth mentioning that this program is part of the role played by the Organization and its foreign branches to confront extremist ideologies, correct misconceptions and spread moderate thought.
Moreover, this program targets spreading awareness among refugees in Yobe State in general and women in particular. During this program, extremist ideologies are being refuted to shield them and religious awareness is being disseminated.
