Sheikh Faisal al-‘Amoudi, Secretary General of WOAG Kenya-Mombasa (under construction), participated in laying the foundation stone of a mosque in Minjila city-Tana River county.
Sheikh Faisal gave a word in which he stressed the necessity of activating the role of mosques in spreading Islam, peace, amity and fraternity. He also highlighted the importance of mosques in Muslims’ lives, since it provides Muslims with spirituality. He emphasized as well the necessity of confronting hatred and stop its dissemination among people, regardless their beliefs.
