WOAG branch in Mali held a meeting with Mrs. Sissi Zeinab Keita, the Technical Consultant of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Mali, to discuss ways of fighting terrorism and the extremist thinking. This came in the frame of the strategy of WOAG and its branch in Mali, to expand cooperation with official entities in Mali.
The meeting resulted in suggesting a joint committee between the branch’s members and the Ministry to confront the extremist ideas and misconceptions. During the meeting, Mrs. Sissi Zeinab Keita praised the role played by al-Azhar graduates in fighting the extremist thinking in Mali.
