The World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates (WOAG) and Noor Magazine participated with the medical convoy headed to Matrouh Governorate, at the invitation of al-Azhar University. The convoy lasted for four days, during 27th to 30th of October, 2021.
The medical convoy set up fixed and mobile clinics in the areas it visited. The specialties varied between ophthalmology, general surgery, orthopedics and other specialties. The convoy also distributed food cartons, blankets and school bags as well as distributing Noor Magazine among the children present.
In the same vein, Noor Magazine’s officials held several meetings in towns like Abu-Ageila and Sidi Barrani, on the sidelines of the convoy, where they distributed the magazine among the children at the institutes and during passing by the houses. They also headed to central Marsa Matrouh to visit Church of Virgin Mary and Matrouh General Hospital and other institutes, schools, nurseries as well as the social club in Matrouh, to introduce the magazine there.
