The branch of the World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates in Bangladesh held a symposium entitled “Islam is a Religion of Mercy, not a Religion of Violence” in attendance of many professors, scholars, and Members of the organization.
It is worth mentioning that Sheikh/ Sufi Mizan delivered a speech in which he pointed out that Islam is a religion of moderation, with neither exaggeration nor negligence nor extremism. He added that its law is the final religion revealed by Allah for all people. Moreover, he praised the role of the Grand Imam and the organization in propagating moderation and confronting terrorism and extremism in the whole world.
