Mr. Shahnoaz Musbahi Al-Azhari, member of the World Organization for Al-Azhar Graduates in India, took part in the World Conference for Sufism in Ajmer Sharif.
He stressed the significance of spreading the spirit of moderation, discarding violence and ideological extremism as well as purifying souls especially in our contemporary time that witness spread of ethical diseases that call for extremism and violence. He pointed that the Muslim society is in dire need for purifying souls from vices. He also urged Muslims to abide by moderation in all aspects of life and to discard violence, hatred and ideological extremism. In addition, he stressed that Al-Azhar Ash-Sharif defends Islam and is regarded as the beacon of Islam. It also disseminates the message of Islam worldwide headed by the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmad Muhammad At-Tayyeb. It is worth mentioning that a large number of scholars and imams took part in this conference, commended the role of Al-Azhar and the Organization and stressed that they take pride in Al-Azhar and its moderate message.
