WOAG branch in Kenya convened a lecture under the title of “The Importance of Receiving Knowledge“, in Mombasa, attended by 100 students.
Sheikh Faisal al-‘Amoudi, WOAG Kenya Secretary General, gave a word, in which he highlighted the necessity of adhering to al-Azhar moderate approach that reflects the truth of Islam and its moderate values. He underlined as well the importance of learning and commanding the Arabic language to understand the true essence of Islam and to confront the misleading groups that exploit the social circumstances to spread their extremist ideas among the youth. He also stressed the necessity of following the holy Quran and Prophetic Sunnah to eradicate seditions.
