Al-Azhar expressed its grave condemnation of the cold-blooded terrorist attack, which targeted the worshipers in a mosque in Peshawar during noon prayer resulting in dozens of deaths and more than 150 peaceful worshipers.
Furthermore, al-Azhar affirmed that attacking the peaceful worshipers and the inviolability of mosques to make them a killing field is a heinous criminal terrorist act and corruption in land committed by deluded hypocrites, who are stripped of religion’s teachings and human and moral values. Moreover, all divine religions are innocent of this cowardly act.
Besides, al-Azhar offers sincere condolences to Pakistan’s government and people and the victims’ families praying to Allah for mercy to the victims, seduces his companions for his seriousness and maturity, and for the speedy recovery of the wounded.
