Al-Azhar Graduates Celebrate the Graduation of Indian Imams and Preachers in Collaboration with Al-Azhar Academy

The two-month training course for Indian imams and preachers, held at the headquarters of the World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates in cooperation with al-Azhar International Academy for the Training of Imams and Preachers, has concluded. The program covered the Azhari methodology, Hadith, and its sciences, with the participation of 25 imams and preachers.

Notably, the closing ceremony was attended by Prof. Abdul Dayyem Nosseir, Secretary-General of the Organization and Advisor to the Grand Imam, along with Prof. Hasan al-Saghir, President of al-Azhar International Academy for the Training of Imams and Preachers.

During his speech, Nosseir affirmed that Azhari scholars spare no effort in teaching and promoting the true Islamic thought and the Prophetic Sunnah. He urged the participants to emulate the Prophet’s noble character, noting that our great religion regards good conduct as a measure of the strength of one’s faith. He reminded them that they live in societies full of challenges and must therefore embody the morals of Islam. Nosseir also advised the students to maintain their excellence and serve as true ambassadors of Islam.

Furthermore, Prof. Hasan al-Saghir noted that the training course had achieved many of its objectives, providing participants with valuable guidance and the keys to understanding the Sunnah and the principles of authentic preaching. He added that this knowledge would serve as a beacon to enlighten their path as preachers upon their return to their countries.

During the closing ceremony, graduation certificates were distributed, and commemorative photos were taken.
