Al-Azhar Graduates Participates in 4th Edition of the “Innovation and Investment Arab Forum”

The World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates participated, through “Al-Azhar Ambassadors” project, in the fourth edition of the “Innovation and Investment Arab Forum” themed: “An Integrated Arab System for Investment in Promising Opportunities“. The forum was organized in cooperation between the Arab Network for Creativity and Innovation, the Arab League, Qaderoon Youth Foundation for Sustainable Development, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Ministry of Environment, with participation from government entities, the private sector, regional and international institutions.

The two-day forum aims to enrich and support its mission of building an integrated Arab system for innovation and investment, and to honor pioneering models in entrepreneurship and institutions.

The opening session addressed: “Innovation, Investment, and Startups” while the second session covered: “Investment Partnerships and the Role of Economic Leadership and Artificial Intelligence”. The third session focused on: “Success Stories from Idea to Investment.”

The event was attended by Ambassador Ali al-Malki, Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab League; Mr. Sherif Lokman, the Sub-Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt; Eng. Mohammad Galal, Director of the Projects Department at al-Azhar Graduates, Ms. Tasnim Ammar and Ms. Tasnim Yahya, Deputy Directors of the Department; Dr. Aqeel Ismail, Strategic Partnerships Coordinator at the Arab Network for Innovation and Creativity and the Arab League Partners Alliance for Sustainability, and several representatives from ministries and institutions.

Eng. Mohammad Galal stated that the purpose of this participation is to gain insight into the skills and expertise presented through the forum’s sessions and transfer them to al-Azhar youth to help them in various life and professional fields, which enriches the ongoing and continuous cooperation with the Innovation Forum.

In conclusion, emerging ideas and projects were presented, along with meetings between entrepreneurs, investors, and chambers of commerce, and business model presentations.
