The World Organization for Al-Azhar Graduates Branch in Chad held a lecture entitled “The Concept of Governance (Hakimyyah)” at the Toba Masjid in the capital N’Djamena, with an attendance of around 40 people.
During the lecture, Professor Ahmad Mohammad Awad, a Member of the Organization’s branch, explained the concept of governance linguistically and terminologically. He clarified the misconception about the verses of the ruling by what Allah has revealed and refuted the misconceptions propagated by extremist thinkers.
