The World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates in Borno State, Nigeria, held an awareness lecture entitled “Al-Azhar’s Leading Role in Countering Division and Promoting Community Cohesion” at An-Nour Muhammadiyah School for Girls in the city of Medgary.
Furthermore, al-Amin Mohammad al-Amin explained that the activity targeted female students with the aim of raising their intellectual awareness of al-Azhar’s moderate values, promoting national belonging, and rejecting extremism. He also highlighted the lecture’s positive impact in raising awareness of the dangers of division and strengthening confidence in al-Azhar’s role as a leading institution in promoting tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
