As part of its ongoing efforts to support and prepare international students academically and professionally, the World Organization for al-Azhar Graduates, in collaboration with Sufaraa al-Hedaya Foundation, has launched a specialized training course in Soft Skills Development at the Organization’s headquarters. The course targets international students from various nationalities enrolled at al-Azhar University, with the aim of preparing them for the labor market and enhancing their capacity to succeed in their professional lives.
The course, delivered by a distinguished group of specialists and experts in the field of training, focuses on developing five core skills: effective communication, presentation and public speaking, time management, self-motivation, and CV writing, all of which contribute to building the participants’ ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently across diverse environments.
The program is scheduled to be implemented across four consecutive training groups, with five training days allocated to each group, in order to maximize benefit. The course relies on practical applications and interactive exercises that help refine the participants’ skills and translate them into applied professional practice.
This initiative reflects the commitment of the Organization, in partnership with Sufaraa al-Hedaya Foundation, to deliver distinguished programs that combine academic and professional development, contributing to the preparation of cadres capable of representing the message of al-Azhar ash-Sharif and disseminating its values of moderation throughout the world.
