WOAG branch in Pakistan held a lecture under the title of “Strength and Steadfastness While Encountering Challenges”, in al- Noorani Mosque in Karachi.
Sheikh Mohammad Aslam Reda al-Azhari, the branch’s Vice-Chairman and Secretary General, highlighted that the Islamic and Arab nation is facing major challenges nowadays, in order to undermine its identity, security and stability. He stressed that such serious situation requires unity and cohesion, as Allah Almighty says: “O you who believe, be patient and vie in patience, be steadfast; fear Allah so that you will prosper” [Q.3:200]. He pointed out as well that the true believer faces challenges with strong unwavering heart, as Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said: “A believer who is strong is better and dearer to Allah than the weak believer”.
